How to run this board
Health class sticks better when students compete over it. This board reviews the food groups, the jobs of key vitamins and minerals, what exercise does for the body, everyday healthy habits like sleep and handwashing, some basic anatomy, and smarter snack choices.
Each question is a chance for a ten-second aside, and those asides are where the teaching happens; budget for them and the board still fits one period. End with the snack category right before lunch if you want the lesson to follow them to the cafeteria.
