Terms of service

Make My Jeopardy lets you build a trivia board, show it on a shared screen, and have players buzz in and score from their own phones. The free tier is a real product, not a trial. Pro is a paid subscription that adds more on top.

Boards you write are yours. You give us permission to store and display them — that is the entire license, and it exists only so the service can function. You’re responsible for what you put on a board: don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, and don’t use the service for anything unlawful. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

A board made without an account is controlled by its edit link. That link is the key — anyone holding it can edit the board — so share it the way you’d share a key.

Pro costs $10 per year or $1 per month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; your subscription keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. If a charge was a mistake, or Pro genuinely didn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it.

Downgrading never breaks your boards. A board built with Pro features keeps working after you cancel — you just can’t add more Pro content to it.

Promotion codes can carry redemption limits and expiry dates, and we can withdraw a code that’s being abused.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We run it carefully, but it’s a small product without an uptime guarantee, and features can change. We’ll never remove access to something you paid for without refunding the unused part.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded.

You can stop using the service, cancel Pro, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the violation is the reason we’d owe one.

If these terms change materially we’ll update the date above and flag it on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
