How to run this board

This board works through the national portion of a typical real estate salesperson exam: property rights and ownership, agency relationships, contracts, financing and mortgages, fair housing, and real estate math.

It is a study aid for students in a pre-licensing course, not a substitute for the course or your state's official exam materials. Each state adds its own laws and practices, so consider adding a column for your state's portion.

The math column rewards showing work. Give teams a calculator and a short timer after buzzing in, and ask for the formula out loud before the number. Students who can say the formula tend to get the exam questions right.
