How to run this board
Potter fans come in tiers, from read-them-once to owns-a-replica-wand, and a good board needs clues for all of them. These categories cover the students, the professors and staff, spells and potions, magical creatures, places and transportation, and a behind-the-books column on how the series was published and filmed.
House-based teams are the obvious move for a themed party; sort guests as they arrive and keep a running house cup score across games.
One tip: put the superfan in charge of judging spelling disputes instead of playing. It keeps the game fair and gives them a role they will relish.
