How to run this board
Ten thousand years is a lot to review in a class period. The six categories here compress it into the arcs the AP World course actually follows: early civilizations, trade networks, empires, revolutions, industrialization and imperialism, and the twentieth century.
Teams of three or four work best, each sharing one phone as a buzzer while the board runs on the projector. Rotate who holds the phone so one fast thumb does not decide everything.
Try insisting that every correct answer come with a region as well as a name. Placing events on the map is half the battle on this exam.
