How to run this board
This board reviews the ground every respectful-workplace program covers: what harassment is and is not, the difference between intent and impact, how bystanders can step in, where to report, why retaliation is prohibited, and the everyday behaviors that build a respectful team.
It is meant to reinforce your organization's formal anti-harassment training and policy, not replace either. Where the law or your policy sets a specific requirement, the policy wins, so edit the reporting clues to name your own channels and contacts.
Keep the tone light but not flippant. Play in mixed teams rather than by department, and give managers a moment after the reporting and retaliation columns to say, in their own words, how they will respond when someone comes to them.
